Good Morning … Today's talk is really a combination of a lot of different thought trains that are all coming together in the same station so to speak … I really have to rely on my Guides and God to keep me pointed in the right direction most of the time and especially so when it comes to Teaching … And I am hear to say that it is almost always flawless … However this week has seemed oddly disconnected … While I am sure Heaven is not on vacation, or inspiration has taken a holiday, it seems like the “Flow of Information” has slowed to a crawl … I guess what I am saying is I feel in a bit of holding pattern … Rather than spend this morning rehashing some old thoughts just to fill time, let's take a walk on the Wild Side …
One thing that has been coming up over and over again is a topic that makes some people just roll their eyes, and others straighten up in their chairs … It is something we have been talking about a lot over the past year … It is this whole 2012 thing … What is really going on … Is the world changing ??? Are we building to a huge awakening of our Spiritual Side ??? I mean how will this all effect us, those of us in the trenches each and every day … I mean, come on - I can get “airy - fairy” with the best of them, but what does all this really mean, and more importantly how will really impact me ???
Good questions, as a matter of fact excellent questions … We can all remember all the talk up to 2000 and how the computers would be crashing all around us, life as we knew it would come to and end and we would suddenly find ourselves in a sort of a silicon Jurassic Park … And then 2000 came and went with barely a whimper and here we are today being “prepped” for this 2012 thing …
Well for one, I have to admit I am a bit skeptical, I fell for the 2000 thing and I'm not going there again … Yet, if your like me, something about this 2012 thing feels different … Is it because I don't want to feel taken in again ??? I don't think so … And honestly it is something that is coming up in discussion more and more … But not always in the ways you might think …
I don't know if you're aware I write an article each month in a Magazine called Changing Times … In it we really get to push and stretch the envelope of Spirituality and it is great … We have been able to take on some topics that would have gotten us burned at the stake a few centuries ago … I also subscribe, and really recommend to you, a magazine called Biblical Archeology … It is a very fresh, unbiased look at tradition vs fact when it comes to Scriptural history …
Anyway, it seems two things keep coming up, both in E-Mail and in articles … I'm betting you can get the 1st one, yep 2012 and just what is it all about … The 2nd might surprise you - it is “Religious History and Alien Contact” … Yep, you heard right, it is “How does all this UFO stuff fit into this picture” ??? Crazy, eh ??? Well maybe not as crazy as you might think …
Let's just suppose for a minute, now work with me here, that you're a goat herder 2300 years ago … And somehow as your leading your flock across the hills, from out of no where a Huey Gunship rises over the top of an upcoming hill … How in the world would you describe what you just saw … A giant locust, with stingers on it's face and sides, that caused the wind to roil and blow, with the sound of 1000's of bees buzzing … Remember the word “helicopter” and “Gunship” don't even exist … And more to the point the only thing that flies are birds and uh well God's …
Or let's say you saw what is commonly referred to today as a UFO … Maybe you even have a Close Encounter of the 3rd or 4th Kind … How would you, using your knowledge base explain to your contemporaries what you experienced … And here are a couple of other “things” to chew on … How did those huge drawings or Geoglyphs in the deserts of Peru get there … Why is the Great Pyramid facing “True” north and where did it's makers get the dimensions to build it let alone the skill … Who was the “fair skinned” teacher of the Mayans … How did the statues on Easter Island get there and even more to the point, why are they there … I know, it's beginning to sound like a National Geographic show, but there is a reason for it … For maybe the first time in history, we are beginning to see a connection, a similarity, a commonality so to speak between Science, Religion and History …
Yes the world goes on, Charge Cards still max out, automobiles still break down and sometimes collide, babies are born and criminals still steal … But, something is different … I know I feel it, and I am betting you do to … Some how this place is feeling oddly different … But you cannot really put a finger on it … That is what I am talking about - that is what I am hearing about … That is what people are asking about … And for one, I have to believe it is this Energy Shift we have heard about making itself known … There really is something different about the Energy we are moving into …
Here is another example - is it just me or does this whole election thing seem odd to you … Be honest, it feels kind of the same but not … What about the weather ??? What about your Spiritual feelings ??? Are they not pulling you a bit differently than before ???
OK, before I get us “way out there” lets bring this all back to now and facts … Here is what we know - while life goes on just as it always has, there are a lot of us who are more sensitive the Energy around us that are feeling something … There is no need to label it right now , or even understand it … I think just acknowledging it is plenty … But, something feels different … The ones that don't “feel” it are still reacting to it, albeit they don't really understand the restlessness …
Ok, fact one - we as a planet and solar system are moving to an area, an energy that the planet visits roughly 36,000 years … That is an astrological fact … So is the truth that our Planet, or Solar System will be aligned in a way it has not been since time began … This particular event occurs when ??? Winter Solstice, 2012 … Quantum Physicists are showing us now that multiple dimensions, or realities exist … That Time and Space can be bent or warped using things such as worm holes … That means that right now a being could be existing right around us in a different dimension and moving back and forth in time around us … And maybe most importantly, Science is telling us over and over that at the Center of the Universe, in all it's splendor is Mind … I did not say man, this is not some “humanistic adventure in self ego”, I said Mind …
Now think of that with a Metaphysical Understanding of what the Lord was teaching us so many years back … What He left for us to read and understand today … In other words, what He said so long ago makes more sense now than ever before …
Yes it does seem, at least to me that the whole feeling of the planet is changing - and there are many others who agree, maybe even many of you are experiencing these “symptoms of Ascension” as they are called … Feelings of uneasiness, feeling like you need to change the way you live, feeling connected but yet disconnected at the same time … A strange willingness to let go of the old paradigms and start fresh, what is valuable to you now is different than just a year ago, a greater awareness of your Spirituality and need for connection … The feeling that something is about to happen, but you don't know what …
We know for sure we are moving to a place that we have not been in thousands of years, so what does that mean for us ??? I think it means that we look at everything with the eyes of a child, just as our Lord encouraged … That we keep our minds, our Kingdoms open to new knowledge, that embrace the change the Universe is bringing to us … That we be not afraid, but rather know and trust that everything is still unfolding exactly as God has it planned …
And as we close, let me go back to that “Child like Curiosity” our Lord mentions … Remember how learning something new was so exciting as child ??? Let's approach this the same way - learning about Oneness, learning about Spirituality, learning about our role in Creativity, learning about our heritage in the Universe … There are so many theories, so many scenarios I just wish we had the time to go over them all … So let's do this - let's at least give our minds the chance to speculate that maybe there is a bigger picture “out there”, maybe we are approaching a place where “others” will be able to communicate with us … Maybe it will have a profound and life changing effect on us … But most importantly, lets just resolve to be like little children, excited and willing to learn as each new Truth presents itself …
I am always encouraged and comforted by our Lord's Words : Ask and you shall receive, Knock and it shall open, Seek and you shall find … The Truth is out there and it will indeed “set us free” …
