The POWER of FORGIVENESS includes feature stories on the Amish, the 9/11 tragedy, and peace-building in Northern Ireland, along with interviews with renowned Buddhist teacher Thich Nhat Hanh, Nobel Peace Laureate Elie Wiesel, best-selling authors Thomas Moore and Marianne Williamson, and others. It explores the role forgiveness holds in various faith traditions and examines how the scientific community is now measuring the physical and mental benefits of letting go of grief and resentment.
Oneness Series '08
Beginning Sunday, January 13, 2008, we will launch our "Oneness Series." A leader from a different religion or organizations will present a lecture on his or her beliefs followed by a question and answer period. We will have such events once every quarter. It is our hope that by learning more about the different belief systems,we can truly learn that we are all ONE. A native American Shaman will speak to us on Sunday the 13th of this month.
Food Donations.
Many have said they really love the "Feeling of Sharing" they get when they bring their Food Donation to Church on Sunday. Why not join them. The seasons change but the need for Food and Necessities knows no season. Please help us meet the needs of those who are in most need.

INK JET Cartridges
Save your empty Ink Jet Cartridges! Please bring your empty Ink Jet Cartridges to Church! There is a basket set up in the lobby for them. This has been a very successful program. In the past 4 months that we’ve been doing this, we’ve brought in just over $150.00 ! So don’t throw them away—donate them to the church!
Change for Church
Everyone has loose change in their pockets, cars, ladies in the bottom of their purses. We want your change! You’ll find a 5 gallon water jug at the back of the Sanctuary. This is our “Change for Church” Fund. Each month we will roll, count, and deposit the change into a special bank account for Church Projects! We’ll keep a running total in the bulletin so you can see our progress
